We currently ship across India. If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact our customer support for assistance.

PROCESSING TIME

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Custom or personalized orders may take additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

SHIPPING TIME & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

• Standard Shipping (Within India): 5-7 business days
• Express Shipping (Within India): 2-4 business days

SHIPPING CHARGES

• Domestic Orders: Free shipping on orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 may incur a nominal shipping fee.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & ADDRESS ACCURACY

• Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If the package is undelivered, it will be returned to us, and reshipping charges may apply.
• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and item.
• If your order is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the courier and keep you updated.
