SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship across India. If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact our customer support for assistance.
PROCESSING TIME
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Custom or personalized orders may take additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
SHIPPING TIME & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
- Standard Shipping (Within India): 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping (Within India): 2-4 business days
Please note that shipping times may vary based on the location, courier service, and any unforeseen circumstances.
SHIPPING CHARGES
- Domestic Orders: Free shipping on orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 may incur a nominal shipping fee.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & ADDRESS ACCURACY
- Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If the package is undelivered, it will be returned to us, and reshipping charges may apply.
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and item.
- If your order is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the courier and keep you updated.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it under the following conditions:
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
You can initiate a return request from our website. Alternatively, you can reach out to our Customer Support team, and they’ll guide you through the process. Once you have booked the return request, we request you to be available for the reverse pick-up, and we request you to answer calls from the delivery partner. In the absence of your availability or inability to answer the calls, the delivery partner may, at their discretion, cancel the reverse pick-up. In all such cases, the process will have to be re-initiated again, and the overall timeline will increase.

CANCELLATION & CHANGES
- Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After this period, the order will be processed and cannot be changed.
